So Sister Jenny brought over a great little ol recipe from her friend Martha. Cupcakes Pops and Bites. What are they you say, well it simple, you bake a cake, grind it up, mix it with icing, roll it into balls, then stick it in the freezer (this step will be repeated often), take it out, roll it into a log, push the cake mixture into a cutter so it takes the shape of the cutter, its supposed to look like a cupcake with a fluted bottom. This part should be skipped because the stupid shape doesn't even show on the finished project. okay so put it into the freezer then take it out and dip the bottom in chocolate, put it into the freezer, then take it out and dip the top into chocolate, pour sprinkles and an m&m or something on top to resemble a cherry and viola you have the worst tasting candy cupcake, you somehow were supposed to put on as stick and feed it to a child. maybe children in this day and age have lost their taste buds with all the artificial, preservative filled things out there but let me tell you I took a bite and promptly spit it out! YUCKO.
the good thing about this was I got to spend time with Sister J and the family, boy do I wish I had that hour back though, we could have made carrot cupcakes.
Note to self, and hey why not everyone....just because Martha will eat it doesn't necessarily mean you should make it. I mean we should have realized it wasn't great by the first step in this recipe...crumble the cake until you have fine crumbs...WHO DOES THAT?!??!?!
Just say no!

You are hilarious! :) So true, I'm glad we got to spend time together at least :)
I was very happy to spend time with you and Baby Bear. Who needs Martha, we'll make up our own stuff right!!!
Martha was probably 3 sheets to the wind when she tried that! Maybe she left out the part about getting completely wasted on a whole bottle of Cianti - of the French variety! Of course if your'e strapped for cash you could always just get plastered on some fine old American Brand of Old Turkey! That my friend is a VERY GOOD THING!
