Sister Frank and I have been asked to the Godparents of our lovely Niece, Abrakadabra*! From the sounds of it, we will be celebrating this first Sacrament of Initiation at the end of July so that means we’ll be sweating like pink little pigs at Church in a few months. Let’s hope the attire will be casual!Aside from the Sacrament of Baptism, the remaining 2 Sacraments of Initiation are the Sacrament of Confirmation and the Sacrament of Holy Communion.

*all names have been changed to protect the individual’s identity. Well, at least our niece’s name was!

Baptism is actually scheduled for April A slight error was made in the date. No pressure though!! The real pressure starts when a priest you haven't seen in years remembers your actual first name, not the nick name everyone has called you since infancy! :) Also, aren't we going to be GodSisters!! Oh what fun!!!
