Grease Free My Foot!

After baking over 60 cupcakes this morning and afternoon, I think I can officially comment on one of Wilton’s products … the White Baking Cups they sell at AC Moore’s and Michael’s Arts & Crafts.

The label on the cupcake liners says they’re “grease free”. 60 cupcakes later, I must say … they’re grease free my foot!

Those suckers soaked up the grease like any other cupcake liner out there! I even tried double lining them and the only thing that happened was the oil accumulated in between the liners and made the bottom of the cupcakes burn – yuck!

So here's my tip, save your money and stick with a regular cupcake liner. Oh well, it doesn’t hurt to try!
